The Reformer is one of the most versatile pieces of Pilates equipment, designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, flexibility and overall body awareness. Using a moving carriage, adjustable springs, straps and a footbar, it provides both support and resistance, so exercises can be tailored to every fitness level. The spring resistance challenges your muscles while encouraging control, precision and alignment, helping you build strength without unnecessary strain on the joints. Whether you are new to exercise, returning from injury, or enhancing athletic performance, it offers a full-body workout that leaves you feeling stronger, longer and more connected to your body.
Tower Pilates uses a system of springs attached to a vertical frame, creating a unique and highly effective way to build strength, improve mobility and enhance movement quality. The Tower allows for a wide variety of exercises performed lying down, seated, kneeling, standing and even suspended by the springs. The resistance and feedback help develop stability, coordination, flexibility and core strength while encouraging efficient movement patterns. It combines challenge and support, making it suitable for a wide range of abilities, and complements and enhances Reformer training.
